It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma J. Sparks (Grand Marsh, Wisconsin), born in Milton, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 21, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gird Lockman and Neva Lockman (Raymer); and her son Edward Sparks. She is survived by: her husband William Sparks; and her children, Tammi Sparks and Ronald Sparks. She is also survived by her five children & 12 grandchildren.
