He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Puckett and Myrtle Puckett (Sutton); and his siblings, Bart, Chub, George Jr. "Butch", Kay and Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Fay Puckett of Grand Marsh, WI; his siblings, Dustin, Richard, Loretta and Mike Puckett (Mary); his stepchildren, Stacy Premo (Christopher) and John Pagel (Kandie); and his grandchildren, Kieara, Kristine, Travis, Jay and Breanna. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
