He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Gruetzman and Shirley Gruetzman (Wright). He is survived by: his wife Janet Gruetzman (Miller); his sons, Jacob Gruetzman and Andrew Gruetzman; and his sisters, Susan Sullivan (Terry) of Janesville, WI and Lisa Westby of Morrisville, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Paul gave deeply of himself, donating blood regularly and upon his death, an organ donor.
