He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence Bauer and Margaret Bauer (Banks); his significant other Ruth Ann Bauer (Bedessem); his children, Jackie (Charles), Orville Bauer Jr. (Peggy) of Deerfield, Scott Christensen (Christie) of Nekoosa, Cacy Winker (Keith) of Viroqua and Jeff Friday of Green Bay; his siblings, Joyce Trotter, Gloria Krekowski, Janice Schauer (Roger), Mary Ann Dabney (David) and Lawrence "Butch" Bauer; his brother-in-law Richard Klein; his siblings, Faye Zurfluh (Marvin), Shirley Klein and Marvin Bauer (Yvonne); his grandchildren, Seth and Jessica; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Trotter, Howard Krekowski and Arlene "Toots" Bauer. He was also cherished by 16 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren.
