For Lee is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Maynard and Beulah R. Maynard (McChesney); his brother David Maynard; and his niece Renea Maynard. He is survived by: his wife Nida Maynard (Remoto); his children, Zander R. Maynard (Jennifer) and Timothy R. Maynard; his grandson Michael Baker; and his brother Roger J Maynard (Mary).
