She was predeceased by: her mother LaVerne Cook; and her sister-in-law Becky Cook. She is survived by: her father Donald Cook; her daughters, Michialle Dick and Angie Thornton; her granddaughters, Sydney and Abbygayle Thornton; and her siblings, Allen Cook (Chris), Cynthia Mohns (James), Robert Cook and Cheri Poad (Larry). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
