He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Salkowski and Ella Salkowski; and his sister Dorothy Kocourek (late Lester). He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Grafton; his children, David Salkowski (Nancy) of Cedarburg, Lynn Robers (Bruce) of Burlington, Lori Effenheim (Bruce) of Maquoketa, IA, Lonie Salkowski of Madison and Lea Blatnik (Mike) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Erin (Dan), Ryan (Ashley), Nicholas (Meghann), Jason (Darcie), David (Carly), Natalie (Dan), Jacob (Monica), Alex (Emily) and Anita (Adam); and his sister Carol Sevcik (Elmer) of Green Bay. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, other family and friends.
