He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse and Bernice. He is survived by: his wife Barbara of Port Washington; his children, Ronald Butkus (Kim) of Antioch, IL and Amy Steffen (Todd) of Menomonee Falls; his grandchildren, Sophia, Frank, Raquel, Ron, Henry, Joe and Ruby; his siblings, Tony Butkus (Mary) of Brookfield, IL and Patricia Butkus of Oak Lawn, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Rimer (Rick) of Plainfield, IL, Fran Pelto (Deland) of Scottsdale, AZ and Joe Galenziewski (late Karen) of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
