He is survived by: his brother Richard Chase (Nancy); his wife Phyllis Trostel Chase; his children, Timothy Chase (Ramona), Deborah Kuptz (William) and Cynthia Check (Dean); his grandchildren, Samuel Chase, Haley Schmitt (Ryan) and Dylan Check; his brother Joe; and his sister-in-law Louise Hoffman.
Donations can be made in Roger's memory to the Wisconsin Humane Society as well as Feeding America and the Wounded Warrior Project.
