He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Monson and Verna Moore; and his son Aaron. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Rachel Stilega (Ryan) and Mark (Krysta); and his grandchildren, Kiley, Austin, Trinity, Marky and Colson.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be directed to St. Paul Lutheran Church or School, Stars and Stripes Honor Flight, or Family Radio Network appreciated.
