He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry William Rudolph Gaertig and Gladys Dorothy Hahn; his siblings, Howard and Joyce; and his half-sisters, Virginia and June.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Warren (David) of Milton, WI and Tom Gaertig (Becky) of Cedarburg, WI; his grandchildren, Savannah Warren, Lauren Gaertig and Brooke Gaertig; and his siblings, Roger Gaertig (Kathy) and Dolores Nelson (Pete).
