He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wegner and Emma Wegner (Wendtlandt); his stepmother Alma; his brothers, Robert, Alfred and Edward; and his son Douglas.
He is survived by: his children, Dave Wegner (Sandy), Nancy Wegner, Mary Klotz (Doc), Liz Kosidowski (Scott), Jeff Wegner (Laura) and Jenny Mills (Michael); and his grandchildren, Stephanie Wegner of Grafton, Kevin Wegner (Allison) of Grafton, Kimberly of Grafton, Zachary of Grafton, Claire Kosidowski of Grafton and Nathan Wegner of Grafton. He is also survived by future great-grandson, and many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials or donations can be made to Rose Harms Legion Post #355 in Grafton.
