He was predeceased by: his father Carl Lemke; his sister Jaclyn Alyea; and his daughter Jennifer Lemke. He is survived by: his mother Vivian Lemke of Port Washington; his wife Leigh Anne; his son Andrew C.; his grandson Lee Henry of Belgium; and his brothers, Mark Lemke (Judi) of Grafton and Joel Lemke of Saukville. He is also survived by family members and friends.
