She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Juech and Bernice Juech; and her husband Thomas Schmitz. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Schmitz (Kimberly), Michael Schmitz and Michelle Koscielniak (Nicholas); her grandchildren, Deven, Riley, Justin, Joey, Sydney and Eleanor; and her sister Karen McIntosh (John).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to be made in Kathy's honor to the Wisconsin Humane Society.
