She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Haling and Grace Haling; her husband Paul Kanios; and her son Tom. She is survived by: her children, Paul "Nick", Lynda, Mary Johnson (Richard), Karen Hempelman (Lyle) and John; and her grandchildren, Heather Wetzel, Melissa, Andrew (Jennifer), Justin, Stacey, Denise, Katie Ploof, Jesse Johnson (Meghan), Emily Johnson, Keri Bertrand (Jeff), Steven Hempelman (Renee) and Allison. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
