She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Volz and Alphonse Volz; her brother Richard Volz (Mary); and her mother-in-law Edna. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Ann Wessa (Wallace), Thomas Volz (Barbara), Milwaukee German and Jewish; her cousin Girl Scouts; her children, Rita Pampel (Dennis), Donna Doro (Gregory), Carolyn Zacharias (Kenneth), Janet Schmitt and John Schmitt (Stephanie); her father-in-law John C. Schmitt, Sr.; her siblings-in-law, Margaret Bamberg (Gerald), Barbara Ann Schoenike (Kenneth) and Robert Schmitt (late Jane); and her grandchildren, Stephanie, Kimberly, Daniel, Nicole Pampel, Ryan, Jessica Doro, Dr. Anthony (Kayla), Dr. Joseph (Caroline), Matthew (Alexa), Dr. Nicholas (Angela), Jonathan, Jaqueline Zacharias, Madeline and Alexander Schmitt. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
