She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence Palmerton and Dorothy Palmerton (Whitlatch); her siblings, Richard, Darrell, Kenneth and Sheri; her husband Clarence (Cisco); her siblings, Sherry, Judy, Dan and Randy; her children, Jeremy (Katie), Rick (Debbie) and Angela (Andrew); her grandchildren, Tya, Ayden, Logan, Ben, Emily, Daisy, Hezekiah, Asher and Austin; and her great grandchild Draegan.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be sent to the Alzheimer's Society or the American Lung Association in Joanne's name.
