He is survived by: his wife Leslie Chermak of Parkinson's Disease; his siblings, Ann Zimmer (Don), Chris Honzik (Pete) and Tom Chermak (Mary); and his nieces and nephews, Alison Coulson (Dan Probst), D. J. Coulson (Megan Schmiedlin), Sara Pillsbury, Jeff Zimmer (Meghan), Katherine Pahl (Andy), Betsy Barron (Billy) and Billy Chermak. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
