He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ingersoll Gilson and Alice Ubbink Gilson; and his siblings, Sally Gilson and John Gilson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Stuart Gilson; his sons, John Gilson of Grafton and Steven Gilson of Brown Deer; his grandchildren, Sofia and Oliver; his sister Susan Peterson (Charles) of Ephraim; and his brother-in-law Douglas Stuart (Ruth) of Cambridge, VT. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
