He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Schultz and Helen Schultz; his wife Patti Amszej; and his daughter Amy. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Gelinskey (Robert); his grandchildren, Kaley, Lucas and Liam Gelinskey; his brothers, Dale Schultz (Valerie) and Tom Schultz (Lynette); his siblings-in-law, Denise O'Neill (Joe) and Harry Amszej; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Johnson (Jeff), Brad Schultz (Amy), Abby and Joey O'Neill. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
