He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Blanc and Hulda Blanc; his brother Col. Richard Blanc (Dick); his cousin Roger Blanc; and his nephew Richard Blanc.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Elaine Longhorn of New Diggings, WI; his daughters, Sandra Boyden (Jeff) of The Villages, FL and Julie Seybold (Rick) of Grafton, WI; and his grandchildren, Katherine Ritter (Joshua), Margaret Seybold and Michael Seybold.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made in his name to St.John's United Church of Christ in Monroe, WI.
