She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Mraz and Helen Mraz; her husband Fred Myczek; and her brothers, Richard Mraz (late Patricia) and Walter "Sonny" Mraz (late Florence).
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Myczek (Kim) and Chris Myczek; and her grandchildren, Katie and Mark. She is also survived by nieces, other relatives and friends.
