She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Bohn and Phyllis Bohn. She is survived by: her children, Trent Rogahn (Jodi) and Tristin Jezuit (Jeff); her grandchildren, Hayden, Gavin, Emerson Rogahn, Josephine and Jace Jezuit; her sister Sheila Nelson (Jack); and her caregivers, Bea, Michael, Henry and Daniel. She is also survived by friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Alzheimer's Association or Susan G Komen Breast Cancer are appreciated.
