David and I grew up as neighbors and pals on Bayside Drive/Fairy Chasm, and we became particularly close in high school. David was a loyal and devoted and always kind friend to me. We reconnected 10 years ago. We lived on different coasts, but when our paths crossed in Wisconsin, he never failed to come by my mom’s to visit. I will miss you, David. You were a good soul. Rest in peace.”
