He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Timothy Stephens; and his parents, William Vosburg and Bernice Vosburg. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughters, Carrie Kaebisch (Chris) and Cayce Parker (Matthew); his grandchildren, Clarie, Callie, Caitlin, Cannon, Vivian and Priya; and his siblings, Jeffrey Vosburg (Peggy), William Vosburg (Rick) and Joan Stephens. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Victor's memory.
