With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte A. Foryan (Grafton, Wisconsin), born in Hurley, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 28, 2018 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her friend Pat Nowak; her siblings, Kathleen McCready (Charles), Roy Foryan (Maureen), Deborah Hollinger (Darrell) and Linda Russo (Nick); her godson Nicholas Russo; her nephews, Michael McCready (Eleanor), Matthew Foryan (Kim), Daniel Hollinger (Sorayda) and Dominic Russo; and her niece Wendy Freese (Jeff).
