With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Rose Schmitz (Grafton, Wisconsin), born in Belgium, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 9, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Croatt and Esther Croatt; her husband Henry Schmitz; her sons, Paul and Pete Schmitz; her daughter-in-law Deb Schmitz; and her granddaughter Crystal Schmitz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Chin (Eugene) and Lori Rathke (Rick); her grandchildren, Jeffery Schmitz (Alexa), Brian (Laura), Lisa Chin, Eric Schmitz, Kaily and Michael Rathke; her great grandchild Skyler Schmitz; and her daughter-in-law Sharon Schmitz. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
