He is survived by: his mother Jolanta; his wife Traci; his daughters, Katie and Kaya; his brother Scott (Peg); his siblings-in-law, Sheri, Sande (Bob), Tami (Dan) and Mark (Suzzette); his uncle Michael (Tricia); and his aunts, Susan (Bill) and Lorna (Jim). He is also survived by many aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
