She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Germundsen; her parents, Earl Loose and Adeline Loose; her sister Judy Leipold (Peter); her aunt Grace Loose; and her uncle Lee Miller (Ruby).
She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Smith (Kevin), Lori Talb (Hussien) and Amy Wilke (Eric); her grandchildren, Matthew Smith, Meghan Kopplin (Cody), Grace Talb and Sophia Talb; her brother David Loose; her nephew William Loose-Mitchell (Chelsea); and also Adaline Loose-Mitchell.
