He is survived by: his wife Rosa; and his children, Francesca D'Amato, Anna D'Amato-Snamiska (Rich), Antonia Haessly (Mark), Francesco D'Amato (Corrine) and Antonino D'Amato (Katie). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
