He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth; and his siblings, Donald and Ione VanBuskirk. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Schoessow (Dennis) and Nancy Giese (late Clayton); and his grandsons, John, Paul (Jayne Benson), Scott Schoessow, David and Douglas Giese. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
