He is survived by: his mother Delores Vaara (Mattson) of Ironwood, MI; his wife Erin Elizabeth Bare of Gordon, WI; his daughters, Annika and Zoey Vaara of Gordon; his brothers, Guy Vaara (Michelle) of Hurley, WI and David Vaara (Renee) of Medford, WI; his mother-in-law Margaret Bare of Superior, WI; his sister-in-law Carolyn Bare of Brainerd, MN; his niece Brooke; and his nephew Brad Vaara.
Memorials may be directed to Northwood School for a scholarship to be created in Paul's memory.
