She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Holter and Mabel Holter (Mellon); her husband Gordon; her son Matthew Korb (Tammy); her granddaughter Rebecca; her son Jason Korb (Cynthia); her grandson Henry; her son Thomas Korb; her siblings, Thomas Holter (Nancy) and Susan Kurth (Bill); and also Robert Korb. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family members, and friends.

Janet was a person who cared for others, her gift of organ donation was her final act of kindness.
