He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Phillips and Imogene; his niece Deanna Phillips; and his grandparents, Lester, Dorthy Miller, Richard and Roselind Phillips.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Pam Illetschko; his daughters, Katie and Tracy Phillips; and his brothers, Lester "Buck" and James Phillips. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
A reception will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gordon Town Hall (9709 Co Rd Y, Gordon, WI 54838).
