She was predeceased by: her parents, James Haddon and Carrie Haddon; her husband Gordon Johnsen; and her siblings, Doug Haddon and Janet Hoffmann.

She is survived by: her children, Carrie Rough of Clermont, Paul (Sarah) of Ft. Atkinson, Vicki Ralph of Denver and Peter (Kathy) of Madison; her grandchildren, Ben Johnsen (Megan), Ted Johnsen, Kirsten Ralph, Spencer Ralph and Grant Johnsen; and her great grandchildren, Harper Johnsen and Charlotte Johnsen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
