She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Welter and Mary Welter (Fehrer); her husband George; and her brother Richard. She is survived by: her sons, Bill (Crystal), Robert (Randee), John (Rebecca) and George Hilliard; her granddaughter Wendy Baier (Mike); and her sister Betty. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
