He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Tourangeau and Lisa Clune; his grandchildren, Nicole Tourangeau, Christina Tucker, Vincent Clune, Angella Ashley Clune-Cabigting, Ellizer Clune-Cabigting, Jasmine Clune-Cabigting and Joseph Tucker; his great grandchildren, Mariela Moua, Daniel Miller-Tourangeau, Elias Moua, Kaiden Moua, Shakira Ramos, Quavo Ramos and Milena Ramos; his sister Beatrice Wilber; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Yanko, Lois Clune and Jane Clune. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Joe's name.
