He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Lucas and Viola Lucas (Schultz). He is survived by: his wife Mary; his son Mike Jr.; his stepsons, Chris Lustig (Liz) and Mitch Lustig; his grandchildren, Sydney, Tyson, Cody and Cassidy; his sisters, Nancy Podella (Carl) and Linda Pankratz (James Sr.); and his daughter-in-law Sara Lucas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
