She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Zahradka and Cecelia Zahradka (Vargason); and her son Joshua Lenz. She is survived by: her husband Donald Lenz of Glidden; her son Donald Jr. "Joey" (Lauren) of Phillips; her grandson Silas; and her siblings, Paulette Liedl (Greg), Michael, Mitch (Betty), Mark and Matt Zahradka (Ari). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
