He was predeceased by: his father Norbert Schmidt; and his grandparents, Pete, Katherine Eder, Bert and Gisela Schmidt.
He is survived by: his mother Diane Schmidt (Eder) of Glidden; his sister Rebecca Schmidt of Hayward; his nephew Bryce Wiemeri (Desirae); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashli, Landon, Wynstyn and Wyllyam; and his uncle Mark Eder of Glidden. He is also survived by many cousins and other relatives and friends.
