He is survived by: his former wife Suzette Doherty; his children, Jenna Bay of Glidden, Jamie Bay (Kristen) of Rhinelander and Dominic Bay of Glidden; his granddaughter Aubrey; and his siblings, Merilyn Bay of Glidden, Larry Bay of Glidden, Norma Jean Jones (Gary) of Glidden and Janice Drott (Rusty) of Glidden.
