He is survived by: his wife JoEllen Nielson Bartz; his children, Samantha Rader (Robert Petry) and Jeremy Rader (Mindee Quinlan); his stepsons, Trevor Bartz (Ashley) and Spencer Bartz (Samantha); his grandchildren, Benjamin Petry and Lissa Mason; his children, Silas, Patrick, Damon Rader, Jessica Swosinski, Adrian and Arieanna Rader; his stepgrandchildren, Kaydence Dyson, Isaac, Elijah Bartz and Nixon Bartz; his sister Lisa Adamchick (Joe); his nieces and nephews, Brandi Hedrick (Mark) and Kyle Adamchick; and his brother Robert Meredith. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
