She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Miles Earl Hartwig and Lucille Irene Hartwig (Gibson); her brother Robert Hartwig; her husband Donald Bonte; her daughter Julie Brunkhorst; her daughter-in-law Lynn Bonte (Donald); and her sons, Donald Bonte, Dean Bonte (Kathy), Doug Bonte (Pam), Dale Bonte (Gloria) and Dan (Lana Bonte). She was also cherished by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
If moved to make a donation in her honor, Mary steadfastly supported her church and animal welfare.
