He is survived by: his wife Marlene Clemmens; his children, Jeffrey Hurtgen (Theresa) and Jen Hurtgen (Rod); his siblings, Nola and Henry; and his grandchildren, Laura Briese (James) and Brian Link (Thea). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; 9 step great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
