He was predeceased by: his parents, William Francis and Lorraine Francis (Werner); his daughter Shelly Lee Francis; and his wife Sue Francis. He is survived by: his former wife Susan E. Sager; his children, Tina Metz (Steve) and Ronald W. Francis; his grandchildren, Jessica, Natalie, Ashlynn, Stacia, Jordan, Cassandra, William and Annalee; his great grandchildren, Bailey and Aurora; and his sister Jean Grunewald (Dale).
