He was predeceased by: his parents, John Loehr and Marie Loehr (Jacky); his children, Bridget and Jay; his nephew Kurt; his mother-in-law Ruth Lammers; and his sister-in-law Linda Brill.
He is survived by: his wife Gwen J. Lammers; his children, John "Jack" Loehr (Rebecca), Derek Loehr (Rachel), Courtney Lukasavitz (Cal), Jesse "J. J." Loehr, Stephanie Carter (Jason), Alyssa Averill and Kaitlin Averill (Josh Feucht); his grandchildren, Caleb, Abigail, Bridgett, Ryan, Carter, Natalie, William, Nicholas, Nolan, Kelly, Kaden and Ethan; his siblings, Robert Loehr (Rosi), Janise Burkhardt (Paul) and Cheryl O'Hearn (Pat); his sister-in-law Kaye Lammers; and his godchildren, Lisa and Todd (Farmdog Sophia).
