He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Foltyn and Margaret Foltyn (Krisik); and his brothers-in-law, Gene Hauser and Daniel Zimmer. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Calderwood (Scott) of Eau Claire, WI and Gage Foltyn of Ladysmith, WI; his granddaughter Luna Calderwood; his sisters, Sandra Soltis (Daniel), Joan Hauser and Marla Zimmer; and his girlfriend Amy Stewart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
