He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Cicha, and Anna Cicha, Sr. (Charlotte); his stepchildren, Michael Kennedy and Annette Kennedy Bisson; and his siblings, Charlie Cicha, Joseph Cicha, Jr., Rudolf Cicha, Lawrence Cicha and Clara Gifford.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Dan Kennedy (Lisa), Earl Kennedy (Tammy) and Veronica Madlon; his siblings, Raymond Cicha of Glen Flora, Vincent Cicha (Carol) of Whitelaw, WI, Daniel Cicha (Joyce) of Glen Flora, James Cicha of Glen Flora, Dorothy Stevens (Donald) of Glen Flora and Margie Verdegan (Gene) of Glen Flora; and his sister-in-law Mary Cicha of Ladysmith, WI.. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
