He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Newkirk (Chris) of Ladysmith, Lisa Sproul (Jeff) of Eau Claire, WI, Carol Smith (Jerry) of Elkhorn, WI and Julie (Bruce Thorpe) of Ladysmith, WI; his daughter-in-law Debbie Drahos of Brule, WI.; his sister Lourdeen Drahos of Maricopa, AZ; his friend Karen Smith of Maricopa, AZ; his siblings-in-law, Tom Schwaab of La Crosse, WI and Renee Robards of Cicero, Ill.; his grandchildren, Michael Newkirk, Megan, Ryan Smith, Lizzy, Tori Thorpe and Courtney Erickson (Brett); and his great grandchildren, Letti and Raya Newkirk. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
