He was predeceased by: his parents, George G. Galetka and Izel Alice Galetka (Gilreath); his son Daniel George Galetka; and his siblings, Patricia Cooper and George G. Galetka.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Glenn, Rita Galetka of Lodi, Robert, Edwina Galetka of Mankato, Theresa, Scott Bingham of Tony, Darlene, Thomas Doughty of Ladysmith, Keith Galetka of Andover, Karen and Phillip Montwill of Glen Flora; and his sister Barbara Kafara of Arizona. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
